I'm Lovin it...May

Can anyone else believe it's May? or almost June...It's craziness I tell ya...well folks, here's what I'm lovin' for May...

Samples....
This may seem silly, but since I put my name and business out there I've been receiving wallpaper/fabric/paint samples from everyone and their pillow/curtain making/wallpaper hanging sister, not to mention the ones I've actually ordered for projects and now I basically cherish them..I love looking at the thousands of fabrics that started out as simply an idea in some genius' head and am proud (is that weird)...they are my precious.."I wants it, I needs it. Must have the precious"...if you don't know what that's from, we can't be friends anymore...
 Gold Paper Bowls...
It's almost creepy how much I love these bowls. I love the mix of an organic white bowl with the glam of the gold on the inside. They are so me, I should have invented them, and then I could have become a millionaire.... Find them here...

Kendra Scott Darby Earrings...
Love them all, but hint to Race, the yellow ones hold a place in my heart...wink wink...Found here.

SKURAR Hanging planter...
These may be an Ikea find, but they look vintage and oh so cute...they remind me of something my grandma would having hanging in her kitchen with herbs in it...it doesn't hurt, that they are only $5 either :)..Found here
The oh so Perfect, Skinny Vanilla Latte...
I may be the last one in the world to trade their 400 calorie cappuccino in for a 90 calorie latte, but I've honestly never really watched my calories until now (I know champagne problems)...but now that I'm getting older I have to literally watch every calorie or as soon as I eat a crispy creme doughnut  (did anyone else know it wasn't spelled donut..hmm) I go up a trouser size...I thought that meant giving up my favorite part of the week, Starbucks Mondays, but not anymore. Not only 90 calories, but delish and full of caffeine..which in the end is really what matters.

All of my new Etsy prints (and my great new wooden mood board they hang on, in my brand new peacock blue office)...I'm very easily bored and sometimes, I just want to mix things up, and buy something new for my walls but don't want to spend a lot. This is when I get on Etsy and spend some time going through their prints...All of these were less than $5 with shipping and make me happy..

"Whoo are you" by Karen Anne Brady...What can I say I love owls, their the dweebs of the woods, I can relate...Found here
Charyibds by Bonnie Fillenwarth...I have no idea what drew me to this one, but something did and I'm loving the colors in it..Found here..
Hand Printed Pattern Linocut Postcard by Marine Schneider...I actually haven't received this one yet (the seller/artist is out of the country), but I love that she uses patterns found in all different cultures and because they are each handmade, each ones a little different...Found here
This artist print by Michelle K Designs (Found here) is a digital file, so you can print it as many times as you want, and you get it instantly (which I love). The message really spoke to me, basically everyone has to start somewhere...

The "Colorful Peacock" print by Heidi Fink Photography, is beautiful and has all the right colors, plus it looks great in a gold frame hanging in our entrance photo gallery :)...
Found here..
I'm loving the 60s and 70s fashion trends going on...especially the high-waisted trouser/short...

Last, but not least, Shatto/Dolce Ice cream Sammich...
These are amazingly good, and for those of you that live in the area you can get them at Cosentino's or Hyvee. When I first picked one up in the Ice cream bin at Hyvee, I almost put it back...I guess it was sticker shock.. $3.99 for just one! In the end it's totally worth it!
What are you guys diggin' this month?
